Our goal during the research and concept phase is to find out as much information as we can about your goals and vision for the project. To get started working with us, we usually just need some information from you such as your contact information, project address, and preferred aesthetic direction. From there, we will begin compiling references and sketches in the form of a PDF concept design package that will be provided to you (free of charge) to inform the trajectory of your project and outline the process of what it will be like to work with us.

The next step is to schedule an in-person meeting with Matthew Rauch, our principal architect.

We are usually available within a day or two to meet on your job site, take measurements, and discuss further details about the specifics of the space during a walkthrough.

This is the really fun part. We will work with you to develop plans, prepare renderings, select materials, visit showrooms, and make sure that we are capturing all details of your vision for the project.

Rauch Architecture is unique in that we are licensed General Contractors offering a full suite of in-house interiors, construction, and project management services to execute the work we designed together. We offer two different project delivery methods: Design-Build or Bid-Build. Depending on your budget and timeline, we will select one of the methods above and guide the project seamlessly into the construction phase.
